Public Relations Coordinator

Established live entertainment company seeking an energetic Publicist/Public Relations Coordinator to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

- Full-time, in-house PR Coordinator

- Pitch and secure placements in top media including local, regional, national (print, broadcast and online)

- Work directly with the CEO to create press stunts, pitches, and special projects

- Maintain and manage press lists

- Maintain and produce detailed weekly progress reports

- Research potential press outlets

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with media in order to ensure maximum positive coverage


- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Public Relations

- Strong work ethic and dependable

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to exercise a high level of discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated and able to prioritize work and multitask over a wide range of responsibilities

- Must have thick skin, patience, and able to take criticism

- A “no job too small” attitude

- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

Cocktail Server- Night Operations

-Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
-Take drink/food orders and inform guests of specialty drinks and specials 
-Enter drinks/food into POS system & deliver them to customers
-Monitor and observe the experience of the guests, ensuring that they are pleased with the service
-Present checks to guests & accurately collect payment
-Bus glassware and clean sections
-Prep the bar area/showroom & maintain a clean service area 
-Perform side work and duties requested by the night manager 
-Be willing to assist other servers if necessary

Minimum 2-3 year experience cocktail serving
Must be able to work well in a high volume/high pressure environment
Must have extensive alcohol knowledge
Experience with POS system 
Must be able to commit to working at least 2-4 nights a week & all holidays
California ServSafe Food Handler Certification & previous Alcohol training is a PLUS 
Must have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Must be detail oriented & a self -starter

Cashier- Night Operations

job description

The Cashier is responsible for maintaining a high level of service to customers when they come in to the club to purchase tickets. Cashier is also responsible for answering phones and providing accurate information about show times, future shows, and any other general questions about our club.

-Greet customers upon arrival to the club in a friendly & welcoming manner
-Sell tickets and merchandise to customers
-Receive payments/ Issue receipts and change due to customers
-Check in reservations and guest list patrons
-Answer customer's questions, and provide information on club policies
-At the beginning of the shift, ensure the cash in drawer is accurate and there is adequate change 
-At the end of the shift, balance the drawer and accurately count/check the servers' money owed to the house
Any other duties assigned by the club manager 


Atleast 2-3 years of work experience
Previous cashiering & mathematical skills a plus
HS Diploma
Great customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a high pressure environment
Must be reliable, responsible, and honest
